As part of the new edition of Patient Safety Week 2016, an "error room" workshop has been set up for professionals.
This is a "fun and educational" healthcare simulation tool designed to improve the quality and safety of care. It enables participants to
visualise and identify (search for) deliberate errors in a care scene.
Thank you to all the staff for their hard work.
