Fusion Almaviva Santé

DV France, Gimv, UI Gestion and the practitioners of the Clinique Arago in Paris are combining their activities within the Almaviva Santé entity to form a Group of clinics centred on centres of excellence.

With this merger, Almaviva Santé becomes the leading private healthcare provider in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, expanding its presence in the Paris region and reinforcing its commitment to medical excellence. The range of healthcare services has been expanded, enabling the Group to become the leading private hospital provider in the region. More broadly, it is now the 6th largest private hospital group in France (with 22 establishments).
