Smoke-free month & CSR!

Posted on 11/06/2023

Every year, Almaviva Santé supports the No Smoking Month campaign.

According to the French National Health Insurance, "Tobaccoconsumption reduces quality of life and well-being, and remains the leading cause of avoidable death, with 75 000 deaths, including 45 000 from cancer, every year in France".

In addition to its harmful effects on health, tobacco consumption is a major cause of global pollution.

The Almaviva Santé Group's establishments are part of a CSR approach, one of the pillars of which is to improve waste management by setting up waste sorting systems.

In order to promote our CSR policy, it is essential to raise the awareness of those involved, as well as the general public.

Here's a video highlighting the partnership between Almaviva Santé and Cy-clope or CKFD and the benefits of recycling cigarette butts in each establishment.
